I've seen this video countless times...gets to me each time. So inspiring. Such brave women and their mounts, and the rescued horses too. Watch that brave foal about min 5:40. He plunged into the deep water, swam, and got out, cantered ahead of the bigger horses. Such will to survive.

Restored in its proper origin!! We first saw this clip in Jan. 07' we think, and would return to it often to get inspired and some good feelings. Then it was removed for awhile and lost we thought, then it appeared in other variations with different music it seemed. We still liked the video but we didnt care for the music that was now it. Horses are powerful medicine. I thought the video was heroic. It is good to know women can lead and are unafraid to take risks. I have learned that with each success one receives there is a negative presence also. In the times of the Romans, a slave ran beside the master on the horse and said, "Remember thou are't mortal." One can never let success carry them away. I always remember to accept success with one's feet on the ground. Otherwise one can be bitterly disappointed.

What everyone is missing is 1. the domesticated horses communicated with the wild ones that they 2.should follow them and they will be safe. 3 the wild horses didn't get on any man made vehicle. 4. They also didn't know that they wouldn't die if they got into the water. It's not about the ladies, and if it was otherwise it would not have been about men. It's the horses communicating with each other.
