This kit pretty much makes every hybrid motorized bicycle kit before obsolete. no more rigged parts, JB weld transfers. Custom parts you have to buy at top $$$. It all comes ready out of the box with a 200$ price tag. Drop in place and ride! They did a really sneaky trick to fixing the clutch slipping issues most have with custom builds. Killing the need for a SAF clutch. We are going to take one of these apart soon. Directly out of the box and see what you get inside and how clean they are right from the factory. They really took all the phantoms failures and fixed them this go. I really have to say this engine is crazy nice. I really want to see it off road now on a trail bike ride with like a 38t

Love the Avenger. I don’t think it has the torque of a 110 but it’s a lot faster. Build quality is very good. Had t wash out bottom end. 7 times before assembly. All in all a great motor. I bet they come out with iron sleeve next year

Another excellent video, thank you. Question (s) : the bikes you use...26" wheels? I have an old Murray bike from 1967, heavy steel frame with 26" wheels and a 36 tooth gear. I'm looking for a 29" wheeled bike for my next project. Would a 41 tooth sprocket be a better choice for that size bike?

Haven't seen you post for awhile my dude. Since im here thought id ask what was the sneaky trick they did with the clutch? On mine i thought it better to put an HD clutch on it since i had it laying around. Other reason i did it because i had my bike out on the patio and it rained like crazy. Anyways i was working on it and seen that a bunch of water got inside my clutch somehow. But it was all rusted and what looked like mud and i hadn't even fired it up yet. Just thought it better to put it on anyways. Its the one that spins on a bearing plate, and you can take off the bevel, not like the ones that come already with all the engines. Curious to see what you meant by a " sneaky trick" that they did. Hope to see some new vids soon.

Hello, Where did you purchase this Avenger 85 engine? Also, I have a GT Dyno Deuce bike that I'd like to put this engine on. Are you familiar with this bike and do you think the quality is there to run this engine? Looks like a very well-put-together bike with a steel frame and quality welds.

The factory aluminum head gasket has ridge one side which goes to the head do you run ridge up or does ridge go down in the cylinder on 80cc
@BuildBreakFix
@BuildBreakFix 4 ай бұрын
Ridge goes up. To match the dome of the piston Arch 👍. When it gets crushed it forms a tiny arch inside towards the head.
