Hi Andrew, I cleared my PMP yesterday with only 2 weeks of prep. I cant thank you enough for all the great work you do to support PMP aspirants. All i did was to do your course and practice questions of yours and few other authors. The way you explained the content and specially mindset really helped me to ace it. Thank you a ton!

Were all questions in the actual PMP like BETA questions? Or 60 questions which were in the Simulator?

Very good video. While it’s not helpful for the test, I would disagree on question 114. I’ve worked in times with a 9hr time difference and a real time video conference tool will not be effective in such situation.

are Andrew's questions similar to the actual PMP exam? or can you please direct me to where I should study from, with the most similar questions from the PMP.

Question 114- When the teams are spread across different time zones- Asynchronous communication is the best method of collaboration. That makes B a better option. Think about- a team is in India, while another team is in the USA - there are almost 12 hours of difference, making a video meeting at a particular convenient time for one team might be a hustle for another, and might be a base for creating the perception of preference. Asynchronous communication tool, by definition, offers the advantage of flexibility for teams members to response according to their time zones and work schedules, minimizing the fatigue, and allowing more focused work periods. The key driver is that the first says- multiple continents. A PM should try to avoid forcing people to work outside of their regular hours within their time-zones, adding stress to their local schedule. IMO

I have an issue with 117, it could be an English thing, “the individual’s feeling” is about “their” (the team’s) or “his” contribution. The question says “their”, hence I thought A would be the correct answer…

Hi Andrew. In question 120, option D contains also "all" as well as "significant" which is questionable. Still, unclear about choosing this option. Opt A is also looking ok. Could you please clarify this doubt?

Question 119 it is an issue not a risk
@abhinavsrivastava8140Ай бұрын
91/120......I think the answer to 120 should be B and not D, as the latter is quite autocratic. There is nothing wrong with B; PM does not pinpoint anyone, and the workshop is collaborative and the agenda solves the issue.
@TusharGupta-wl4phАй бұрын
I also agree to this point, D option is a reactive step while the question is asking for a proactive step that should have been taken. In my opinion also it should be option B.
@barbaraoi789128 күн бұрын
The key word to take home is ‘’ manage’’ your choice B does not have any channel to manage effective communication rather it emphasizes on the importance of communication guides. For me D is still the answer as it has a channel through which communication can be manage incase of miscommunication or misinformation one can easily trace it back to same channel… that’s management there..
