Passenger Side Right Front Window Regulator Replacement.
How to remove the door panel and replace a Window Regulator in a:
2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 Cadillac Deville or DTS DHS or STS.
Window regulators are common malfunctions in these cars. The motor rarely fails, but the regulator cables do. Buy a replacement regulator and replace it yourself!

Just did this on a 2005 Deville. I thank you very much. This is how a tutorial should be. "Step by step with minimal margin for error."I could have not done this without this video. Took me a bit to get the second screw off the guide rail that holds the window. Its a tight space. Thanks again

I changed my 03 Deville drivers door. I typed a rope to the new wire harness but I can't get into the car .do you know how I can find the passage from inside please?

Can i take regulator part and put it in driver side I can afford get new part and I need driver window more for tolls and drive thrus

Left and right are different. Buy a new one on rockauto they are not too expensive just do it right.

This is a great toutorial, I have a 2004 Deville and appreciate your very clear presentation, this may sound like a silly question but I am wondering if you have a tape that you prefer to keep the window propped up reliably and not make too much of a mess? Thanks!!

Thanks. I try to film things STEP-by-STEP. Any duct tape is ok. I used gorilla tape but any take should peel off ok with it a day or two.

Hey changed my driver side front regulator. It was working great. For few. Months. Then all of sudden. Window stopped working. Too door panel off. And when. I hit the up button. I hear a click. In the. Door module

how do I know if my motor is good? not sure if i just need regulator assembly or both, assembly and motor

you will hear the motor run but the window won't move. Usually the motors are good. IF the motor does not run then it is dead or the switch or electrics have an issue. Check fuses first.
