It's just a standard 1/4" NPT tee fitting. You can get one at any hardware store. There's a ton to choose from on Amazon too. Here's just the first one that popped up. a.co/d/ebIIHkv

You may want to carry a cap to plug off the inlet in case the sender line breaks.
