Amen. How do you troubleshoot the HVAC mode inoperative? I see vacuum actuators, no damage to any of the vacuum lines, but it takes 15 minutes and longer to switch from top outlet to defrost.

Anyone solve a 'shorting-out' issue with rear wiper switch, power port, or cigar lighter? Fuse #7 blows often, haven't found solution yet.
