2002 Chevrolet Camaro GMMG ZL1

Here is our 2002 GMMG ZL1 Camaro in a beautiful Lemans Metallic Blue with Black Leather and Houndstooth stitching. This is a Phase 3 car, one of 31 Phase 3's, and one of 69 ZL1s produced. Phases I and II featured 400- and 475-HP versions of the LS6 V-8, and this Phase III used a 427CI LS6 built to deliver 600 horsepower and 575 lb-ft of torque. This power goes through a six-speed manual, and a 4.10 rear end. In this video, Ed Dedick talks about our car and a little of the history on GMMG.

Always loved the 4th gen, probably my favorite Camaro, and while this isn't a production model I've always loved the GMMG ZL1s. In the context of the 2000s, these things were crazy fast, crazy powerful NA monsters, and if I had a spare hundred grand or two sitting around, I'd have one of these in my garage. Hell, the Catfish is so derided these are basically a sleeper; I'd love to see the look on the face of some hotboy C6 driver after getting dusted by one of these.

@@Ballen1182 F-body = Catfish Camaro. The GMMG ZL1 SuperCar wasn’t a production model, but a dealer upgrade. Not sure what was confusing but I hope that helped.

@@metadata4255 f-body= 1967-present Camaros and firebirds. Lol. The "Catfish" is a 4th-generation 1998-2002 f-body camaro. 4th gen started in 1993, though. 👍

I have a built 6L80e transmission in my 2011 Camaro SS with a 4200rpm Circle D lockup stall converter that has been tuned if you drove it you'd get it nobody is shifting a manual as fast or as good or down shifting
