Now you mentioned something of fluid came out the passenger side boot when took off inner tie rod I wanted to know, What did you say you might have to replace ( rack )

The power steering rack is leaking on the rack seals. They had to replace rack and pinion.

Hey those pins that are in the inner tie rod do you tighten the whole inner tie rid first the the pins

Tighten the inner first then the pins ( Allen screws ) pretty sure
