Good and helpful video. Did you make a video of taking out the sliding door motor? Would love to see how that is done.

Thank you! Sorry, I did not. It isn't too hard tho. The motor just unplug and unbolts. Then remove the clips that clip onto the sliding door. Cut the wire so you can pull it through the body of the van and that's all!

Hello, thanks for share, I got a 2002 Windstar and my doesn’t heat even the inlet pipe, any suggestions?

I'd start at the beginning. Make sure your temperature guage is at least in the middle or else it may be low on coolant or a bad thermostat. If that is good and the front has heat, make sure there is good flow through your rear heater lines by squeezing them, your rear heater core could be completely blocked. I'm not sure where the rear lines come from, but I'd guess it has a connector near the front heater core lines, check temperature there too. If it has never worked before, some people do just block it off! Good luck and let me know what you find

The straight pipe is for the front heater Core I just replaced mine on a 03 Windstar

Can't remember why it wasn't working. Ended up selling it to an uncle years ago.
