2003 honda cbr600rr Bogging issue/fuel pump

Bogging Issue fixed. clean the rust out of the gas tank and get a new fuel pump.
2003-2005 CBR600RR Fuel pump internal filter they don't sell just that part unless someone can find one but you have to buy a whole new fuel pump it is gets really bad.

I didnt disconnect the negative battery terminal when i did this job... what is the end result of leaving the battery as is and doing the pump removal/replacement??

Nothing just wanted to be safe because fuel may spill from gas hose

I reinstalled the pump after cleaning the filter and now the bike primes, cranks, but doesnt run.. :( i have no idea why

@vincent. To save the head ache it is better to just buy a new one because they dont sell just that one filter you have to buy a new set.. unless someone can find a place that just sell that piece itself

@Stroppy Beast just need to order a new fuel pump thats the best way but it is a 100% fix with the new fuel pump.
