Makes me really want to get an older WRX. I just love these classic Subarus so much, they have a special place in my heart. Currently own a VA WRX as my daily but I'd really love to buy an older WRX as a project car.

Amazing cars I’ve heard. I’m planning on saving up for one as some bugeyes are 2-4k in my area and in decent shape for a project car (engine runs and body is decent with minimal rust). I still need a daily first so I’ll get a civic as my first car. But I love these older WRX’s.

Wow I miss my 02 wagon. That POV takes me right back, I was lucky enough to find a high mileage beat up WRX the owner was willing to trade for my 2.5i. Out of many, that was my favorite. Definitely gonna own another

I still like the look of the 11-14 Wrx/STI the best. Plus the better suspension. But the older ones are awesome. It’s too bad most of them were owned in the rust belt. Due to what the car was designed for. Keeping the rust under control is very important with these.

I had no luck with external microphones and the gopro sadly. I ended up just using another gopro mounted on the rear bumper by the license plate and synching the audio to the video. Much love, brotha! :)

@@Jefewrx okay so sorry if I sound dumb but I got a 2011 wrx. No cats no muffler just the resonator. I have an invidia 3” down pipe that goes to the resonator and it’s straight 2” from there to the exhaust tips. My question was will my car pop more and be louder if I do a resonator delete and will I lose any burples or gain more?

@@pupusatime99 i’m not entirely sure. I would keep the resonator and go with 3” piping. I had good success back when i was running that setup. I’ve never ran 2” piping, so i can’t talk on that, but 3” has been working fine for me
