2004 Ford Ranger Cluster Replacement

In this video I replace a failed Instrument cluster. This job was a customer request and customer supplied part so not sure of what failed.
Tools Needed
7mm socket
8mm Socket
Small Pick or Flat Blade Screwdriver
Ratchet to use with the sockets

My ranger don't illuminates check Engine light at all. What could that be? Thanks

If the Engine light no longer turns on when you cycle the key than the bulb has gone out. if you have the same cluster than you can replace them. If you have the cluster out you can also upgrade all the bulbs to LED for longer life but for those you would need to search for them. Hope this helps.

Yes it does, but finding someone to do that is the hard part. Getting a new cluster from the dealer will take care of that hurdle.
