Maybe the video's just get too little views to make it worth the effort and they need to attract a broader audience? Channels like Hoovies Garage and Doug DeMuro achieve 10 times the views with what seems to be a fraction of the production value. I guess that Petrolicious is too much of a niche that only attract a more mature audience that appreciates the artistic value.

The old Petrolicious format had style in the way the owners described their cars and what it was like to own and drive. I have the Ferrari 512BBi Piece of Art, 250 GT Lusso Morning Ritual and Lamborghini Countach Outrageous videos bookmarked because the owners passion comes through in these videos. I watch them over and over again. This video doesn't stand out and I will not bookmark it even though it has a spectacular car.

When I was a kid I was never into cars. Didn’t even notice any sports cars on the street or anything. In 2004 when I was in 4th grade, we used to have Scholastic book fairs at my school. I remember walking around checking out the books and I picked up a car magazine and I saw pictures of the MC12 and I was mind blown. I couldn’t believe a car like that existed and thought to myself how crazy it must be to take a ride in that car.
