2004 Moto Guzzi V11 LeMans (2)

2004 Moto Guzzi V11 LeMans after restoration. MotorBike Shed provided full service for our customer.
We put set of new tires, changed all fluids, rebuild brake calipers, put new battery and cleaned the fuel injectors. Also new fuel pump was installed. Also we provided detailing and polishing for this Italian beauty! Very Happy with the results.

I had this machine. And three other moto guzzis..This machine was absolutely the most gorgeous, the most powerful engine, the best brakes, it gathered crowds at bike gatherings. it was also the most uncomfortable motorcycle in the entire history of the universe. Fun track day bike, fun rides of less than 90 minutes, definitely not a touring machine that you spend 12 hours a day in the saddle. I tried many things to make the bike tolerable for longer rides. I put your Ulysses foot pegs on to lower the foot pegs by about 2 inches, I try to Corbin seat, that she put my balls to sleep within 10 minutes. tried a taller windshield.. I installed higher bars by drilling the upper triple clamp and using perch’s from a 1980s Yamaha virago that worked well for installing Honda CB 400 F super bike bars, but sadly, nothing worked. I ended up selling the machine. It gave me knee problems which I never had before. Magnificent machine, the second most beautiful machine in the world, The most beautiful motorcycle ever created is the 1986 moto guzzi Lario.. I have just over 200,000 miles on Guzzi’s since 1979. I sold this machine in the video, and I bought a Norge. What a Cadillac the Norge is compared to this machine with its heated grips, rubber topped foot pegs that are lower, higher bars, electric windshield, center stand, I kept Norge from 2007 till 2021 i love guzzi’s.. unlike Japanese motorcycles, Guzzi’s have a soul..

I had an 02 LeMans I put 45,000 on. 4 and 500 mi days. Totally comfy. My handful of Beemer buddies standing up on their pegs while im just sitting. .. Here's the thing. IM 5'8. Could be the diff. Recently got rid of my 08 Norge. To tall and heavy. And just bought a 2000 V 11 Sport because I so loved the LeMans. Only 12k mi. on it !!!!! Presently looking to lose the risers and club bars and put the clipons back on. 😂 to get the proper feel back. Go figure.. I'm 73yo..😂. What are the chances of finding that classic, highly efficient, GORGEOUS fairing out there somewhere?? ❤❤❤

I own one of these same millesime, 2004. I am on my second Motorcycle Grand Tour of Texas with it. A very reliable bike if excepted for a few electrical problems which were expected. I would love to see a video of what you do to detail and polish because that bike looks stunningly good!

Listen up. I have a 2000 V 11 Sport I engineered the Givi bags off my Versys to fit. Givi 37s.. Like factory. Wish I could post a picture. Not that hard to do.

hi, unfortunatly I do not know eather. I know those ware used with orginal Moto Guzzi soft cases ... maybe those are Moto Guzzi brackets?

@@motorbikeshed5989 hello again. I have a brochure from '01 showing a "tour pack" .Our brackets with bags.Here in Canada my v11 sport "greenie" cost 17200.00 can $. Yours is beautiful.
