This was 2 heavyweights going at one another. 2 great teams. Each team has 4 hall guys each. And 3 more per team who are borderline and 2 that should be. Edmonds, Kent, Sander, Renteria. Izzy, la rusa is. Duncan should be. I mean 2 awesome teams. Great series. Berkman, Clemens, Wow.

@@RandyRhoadsRules3 2005 yes. You’re thinking of 2006. That’s when Rolen and Edmonds were hurt. Pujols was hurt that season too, and we still ended up winning g the World Series. Should have won in 2004 and 2005.

Kent not getting to 2nd fast enough to run the double play ball to get out of the 5th is a prime example of why every out counts in the postseason (Granted you can say that about baseball in general).
