Those are not lock washers. They have a rubber seal on them so no pressure is lost.

steve wujek to raise it up a 1/2”. I think it needs to go up to clear the larger boost tube.

To get the boost tube to clear, easy to install kit, drops egts 200°+, that drivers side tube is ice cold even after pulling trailer all day

What boot is used to go from the Banks 3 1/2 inch inlet to the MBRP 3 inch pipe on the passenger side? The Banks pipe is bent differently than the stock and gets in the way of the bypass filters.

@@007.3lNo, the intercooler exit pipe does not get ice cold. It is still hot, but is cooler than with the stock intercooler. I installed this system years ago, and also tow a trailer. I like the system, and it does lower the EGTs, and provides better airflow.

For the 4 bolts holding the high ram? Those are 2 ft-lbs.

That’s likely the 1/2” (or 1/4” I can’t remember) spacer that goes under the battery mounting location

There no exact power numbers to give but with the 21% improvement in volume massive amounts of air flow can head straight to your turbo

What’s the point on raising the battery tray i have the same banks ram and cold side pipe fits perfect does the intercooler interfere
