2005 LLY 119,000 I didn’t have a repair come up until the 17th year of ownership, a water pump, then both thermostats . Upgrades so far include….,EFI Live tuner, EGR delete, S & B turbo inlet mouth piece, PPE stainless steel, downpipe, S & B cold air intake. Next upgrade I will be getting rid of the 26 gallon stock gas tank and going with the S & B 62 gallon direct fit with the included new sump pump. It’s going to be awesome.

my dad in his 2006 2500hd 4x4 6.0 gasser he pulled out a loaded down 18 wheeler stuck in a ditch while it was raining thats my story ill never forget it!

I just bought a 2005 with 316,000 on it and it runs great. In fantastic shape for how old it is. I paid $12,500 during this phase of hunger for diesels. But plenty of others with nearly as many miles are selling for $16,000 or more.

I bought one about 3 months ago with 325k on it. Head gaskets already done, arp head studs too. Turbo inlet done. Down side was it needed a built trans. Just bought one today. Thing runs awsome and has almost no rust for a truck in the rust belt. Bought it for 5500. Biggest steal ever

Ahhh ok we’ll I hope it’s doing well lol I was about to buy one me and my fiancé ended up getting a 97 7.3 4x4 we wanted an older truck to avoid like 1200 a month payment haha hopefully this one last a good while

My 2000 Tacoma just reached 400k and only now started to leak oil from the oil cooler

2005 Duramax LLY 250k miles. Deleted. PPE tuner. at least 80K towing fifth wheel toy haulers. Replaced front end 1.5 times. Other than that. Nuttin. Just drive.

First sorry for my english guys :) I have 2 lly’s im from quebec. One with 397950km and my second lly have 361000 km. Never have issues other than a water pump for one and glow plug module

The truck will last forever if the frame doesn’t call quits like mine did it never got to 100,000 because I let my grandfather use it and he never washed it and the frame rotted so badly only one crossmember was holding it together but the body was perfect it was a lb7 ZF6(6 speed manual) extended cab long bed
