2006 (2001-2009) B6/B7 Audi A4 Front/Driver Seat Removal

How do you take the seat out of the car? It is pretty large size and there is not space very much to turn it, it is also pretty heavy and pretty awkward position to work?

My seat doesn’t let me go back all the way what should I do?
