@@cassandrasepulveda4639 yes, so easy! Then 2 months after i lost the last original set, i found them. They were wedged between the suitcase retractable handle and it's recessed hole. I knew they weren't anywhere but in my house! Lol

I did this and they work great. Only issue is that the trunk will not open with the new key fobs. Do you have any recommendation for this?

The headlights may have been unecessarily difficult, but keyfob learning is still exceedingly easy. Give & take.

Gee Pee Also if you have a 2011 Model it will require a locksmith or dealer. This only applies to the 06-10 DTS

I don't think you need to press and hold the check button. Although he says check and hold, he seemed to just pressed the check button.

Yes as long as you buy the key fob with the remote start button.

@@Froztinc so I programmed the new fobs and the lock and unlock work but the trunk release does not work on the new ones unless I hit the red horn button which beeps 3 times first then I can pop the trunk whien I press the trunk button which seems odd. If I hit the trunk button by themselves on the new fobs the trunk will not open. I still have the old fob programmed and it works normal. Also on my new fobs the auto start does not work either. Also if I hit the red panic button and then hit the auto start button then trunk will open with that button. What gives?

It is suppose to appear make sure you go through all the menu options to double check. There's no reason why it wouldn't show up unless something is wrong with the instrument cluster.
