The first time I saw her was in 2006 in Boston. And I bought it as I completed my studies in the United States, and now I keep it in the best condition. The c300 Heritage Edition has a kilometer run of 387190Km. It is said that the number of this version is 1600 copies only in 2006💜😴

Ok. I replaced the computer on hers about a year ago. It ran fine for a while and then started acting up again. It stalls occasionally, idles rough, stumbles while going down the road. Occasionally trouble cranking.

Cleaning the throttle body helped - but, in my case it was a deeper issue. It ended up needing a new computer. Bit, always start with the simplest possible solution.

My 2005 dodgemagnum 5.7v8 hemi ran hot and stopped, I cleaned mine, but still not running, maybe I didn't clean the back,I will try again, hop it will help.

The throttle body won't have anything to do with it running hot. That will be something along the lines of water pump, thermostat, radiator, etc.

What are the torque specs when installing/reinstalling the throttle body?

The torque spec is 105 INCH pounds (or 8 ft pounds).

Thanks for the video! Will clean my throttle body too since I'm having "lightning bolt" icon with "ON" position and no codes. Same stuff with stalling. Was thinking that could be tipm issues so I've cleaned and insulated it too. 1 question, since I'm a newbie in automotive mechanics. What, if any, grease would you recommend me to put on the sides of throttle body and bolts when I reassemble it?

i’m having this issue and it does the same thing it was very frustrating and i wanted to sell it but i know it was a good car . Took it to chrysler and he said # 8 cylinder wasn’t bad !

My 05 300c i recently bought it was idleing good out of no where it starts to idle bad whenever its in gear and wants to take off , it starts jerking , what can it be , will try cleaning the throttle body

It could be several things. It could be a bad plug or two, possibly a coil pack.

Will check it out, has a funny smell when started up smells outside from the exhuast and smells inside at times.. also when it starts jerking the throttle is not responsive

@@stickedupent1837 the smell could be caused by an evap cannister being plugged. It is important not to top these vehicles off - because the excess fuel goes right into the evap cannister. The smell could also be from unburned fuel from bad plugs. I would start there. This engine has 16 plugs - 2/cylinder.

Insert ignition key and turn to "ON" (not start). Wait for all idiot lights to go out. ... Slowly depress the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor. Slowly release the accelerator pedal until it's all the way back up. Turn the ignition key to "OFF". Start the engine.

That's a good question. I'm not sure that I have a good answer, but I would guess that weather matters. I live in a very dry area, with a lot dust in the air. While the filter captures most of it, some gets through. That would be my guess.

Had an issue with car just randomly dying and it turned out to be a baflle in the gas tank. The dealership has to fix it for free.

@@mliphart so I dropped mine off at the shop, they said once you take the throttle body off you have to "relearn" it the the ecm. Basically sync it back together. Thanks. For the reply.
