2006 crown Vic. No cats- glass packs

Interesting how the glass packs pretty much sound like straight pipes on these things. I started out with no cats and a flowmaster 40, and it was way too quiet it was barely louder than the stock muffler. But straight pipes gives you too much of that pop when you let off the accelerator. What's the happy in between, I want loud without the pop. What do you think, a different flowmaster or a different muffler altogether somebody's got to have this concept perfected by now right?

I just put thrush on a blue Vic. It was about perfect for being loud. And different from all the other flow masters on everything else. I have a video on it. And no unfortunately I don’t think I’ve found the perfect exhaust for these cars yet. Lol I’m still experimenting

@@JohnSmith-xx1lx flowmaster outlaws with some deleted rear cats sound good on these cars. Seen some dude running a double x pipe with Aero Turbines and no cats, sounds wicked. All kinds of ways to go with these cars, seems like everyone starts with some kind of chambered muffler on these cars lol

A chambered flow master will set ya right for the right kinda noise you want

@@Thebumpinthenight check out my channel, I get them all the time. This one was infested with roaches. I just picked up a 07 I’m planning on keeping around. We derby some, flip some, sell as race cars but rarely junk because of the demand. Just got a near mint 01 towncar last night

Who knows. I just took the cats, put a trans in it. Did exhaust and flipped it. 500$ car. 500ish out of the cats. 200$ transmission. 70$ exhaust. Sold it for 2800$
