The 40s series for that expedition is on $97. Installation is another $60. If you can afford that you might want to find a better paying job. I have a 2007 Ford Expedition EL limited and have done the same plus throttle body with 1” spacer cold air intake and headers. Tossed on a leveling kit with stock 20” aftermarket rims and 35s M/T

I got an 04 5.4 with gutted cats and super ten three inch all the way back. I had it under the cab before way too much drown. Never had fume issues thought. Hold it on rev limiter and let off it will crackle like no other.

I got a 2000 5.4 with flowmaster 40 as well. I wanted to run a dual exhaust out the back to the sides but you can’t do that without spending a lot of money because they got the gas tank in the way.

I did it on my 04 nav remove spare tire divide 3 into a y of two and a half back down to over to the sides to 2 1/2 in tips 4 inch by 18 inch long
