What size are the bolts? Did you have to get it flashed when you replaced it?

For mine the bolts were 10mm and i didnt have to flash it ..its was just plug and play

I cannot find the tcm for my 2008 Mazda 3. It's not under the battery harness.

Is it a 2.0 L.I? Because if your is then you don't have a TCM you would have a intergated ECU. But if not I would try to check the passenger side floor mate pull the carpet back and there might be a cover, remove the cover and it should be in there....not to savy with the 3s but the couple have worked on that has been the case.

If it’s not under the battery, it will be above the brake pedal. Under the drivers dash

Problem was fix it was the TCM and I just had to unplug the old one and plug in the new one and let it run Alittle

i called the dealer they say they did have a TCM. I took the one shown in the video they told me it wasnt it that that was the ECM not the TCM. So now im more confused than before.

Your TCM should be located in the same area under the steering wheel on the left side

Its a 3.0 enigine v6 tho where would it be? Because my car does rough shifting and when i put it on drive it starts on the 3 so any help would be appreciated thank you!

@@JoseAlvarez-fp7qz For the v6 3.0 its inside the transmission you can drop the transmission pan and it will be in there as far as it starting in third gear It could be in limp mode if it doesn't shift due to a faulty sensor in the transmission or a solenoid.

I changed the tcm already but still same thing rough shifting and it start in 3rd gear at this point idont know wat could be because all the mechanics tell me its the transmission.. so any help would be appreciated thank you so much
