Just got my Beverly 250 2005 model 2 weeks ago. I had it for free from a colleague and had to be renewed. With 15000 miles on the odometer and with 800 euros I completely renewed it. I ll pick it up tomorrow from the mechanic and I ll use it for the first time. Specs wise it looks amazing to me. Waiting to try it now. Congrats for the video

I sure love mine, Goran. I have approx. 33,500 miles on mine now, compared to the 9,000 miles or so you see one the odometer in the video. I keep it maintained ahead of schedule to ensure the possibility of improved reliability. I change the oil using high-quality synthetic oil every 2,000 miles, for example. The scooter God's have been exceptionally good to me during my ownership of this bike. Hope you thoroughly enjoy yours. And also whoever else has one.

Seven months ago I started with the rentable 3 bucks a day electric Zebra scooter (30 mph max} Within a month I bought a Genuine Buddy italia 150 and got bit by the scooter bug. I've admired the Beverly from afar and bought the 2007 BV 250 last month a few days after watching your video. TRUE LOVE. Changed my life! Thank you for posting this.

You're welcome! I still have this scooter. It has 45,498 miles at this point. It's been a great scooter, but I have taken good care if it. It needs new steering stem bearings and I plan to get that over the winter months at some point.

I just bought a 2007 and I am so excited. I love my Buddy125 but looking forward to the 16" wheels. Waiting for her to be shipped from IL to CT and it's taking forever what with truckers being in such short supply. I'm patient up until I make a decision and then not so much. I want my scoot!!!

Should be a blessing in your life. Sure has been in mine, as I have over 46,000 on mine now. I understand the patience thing, but the Lord knows what you need and when you need it way better than yourself. You'll get it when He wants you to have it, not a moment to soon or a moment too late.

Nice!!! Have u been enjoying riding during the social distancing? With not much to do, I would imagine riding would be such a stress reliever. Ours broke down. So we are itching to ride again!!

Thanks! I haven't rode as often here lately, but the times I have, surely enjoyed it. I have a big tail bag on the back of the scoot now, so I just got back from doing a little grocery shopping at Aldi. Sorry to hear your bike broke down and hope you get it back on the road again soon, satisfying that itch. Blessings!

I can stuff a womens 1x joe rocket jacket with inserts under the seat.
@seriousscootaholic15056 жыл бұрын
I probably would if you remove the emissions components under the seat. Not sure otherwise.

The plastic tray towards the back of the under-the-seat storage compartment has emissions parts under it. I removed all that equipment on mine and removed the tray, giving me a lot more room under the seat. If memory serves, you can go to modernvespa.com and find information on how to remove the stuff. You may find it on here too. I haven't had any issues with mine passing a emissions inspection here in the U.S. since I removed it, not to mention the scooter runs better too.

I was looking for that Top Case. Maybe Bestem no longer makes them?
@seriousscootaholic15054 жыл бұрын
I don't think they do any longer, as I didn't see them on their website.

Good looking scooter! In slow riding (sub 50mph) without much stopping, what is the fuel consumtion to be expected :)?
@seriousscootaholic15053 жыл бұрын

Hi, do you know the little red light flashes, what is that for?
@seriousscootaholic15053 жыл бұрын
That's for the immobilizer security system...prevents the scooter from being started without a programmed key. Piaggio products that have the immobilizer feature come with 2 keys, one master programming key, which is brown and has a swing-out section, and one regular key.

I have no idea, as I've never had a reason to research it. You should be able to locate a service manual online you can download and with that manual you should find its location. Good luck!

My scooter piaggiobv250 temperature gous upto close to 3/4 of the gauge is that normal?
@seriousscootaholic15052 жыл бұрын
I believe it is, but don't hold me to that. Mine has gotten up to that level before and eventually the cooling fan comes on. It' only in really hot weather while sitting in traffic has this happened in my case.
