2006 sti saikou Michi dc3 oil catch can

Replaced a Perrin can with a used dc3 off an Evo. Just bent the mounting bracket down and to the left and it fits. Looks good where it is and shouldn't be a problem with heat from the turbo.

I just basically replaced the elbow hose from the PCV valve that goes into the intake. So PCV |---| Oil Catch input and Oil Catch output |---| Intake. Works flawlessly. Over 15,000 miles on this setup and no more oil in my intercooler.

The Perrin seem to "reconstitute" the oil vapors into liquid oil. The DC3 can has something in it to do that. I never got a single drop in my perrin, but with this I dont have a single drop of oil in my intercooler anymore.

why did you get rid of a perrin catch can? Arent they the best? I dont get it. You should explain on that dont ya think?
