2007-2010 2.4L Jeep Patriot P2004-P2017 fix

How to replace an intake manifold runner control valve, and check a few things on a Patriot. Also called an Intake flow control valve. Don't know why they call it a valve, when it is really an actuator, or a motor. This is also the same valve for Dodge Caliber 2007-2012, Avenger 2008-2009, Journey 2009-2010, Compass 2007-2013, Chrysler Sebring 2007-2009. 2011 07 08 09 10 11 12 13

Solved my P2017 straight away. Thank you! Seems the actuator fried at 170,000km.
