We use 5 - 20 full synthetic for 2009 Honda crv.

@@jordyariaszapata6124 Fram OEM is different from orange Fram; it has more frequent QA testing than the orange one; it's similar to tough guard inside kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2aXZaJjotxlrcUsi=mVHTfcNCUiwnbTO0. I used the orange Fram on my 87 Camry with knocking engine with 20W50 Autozone house brand oil.
