1. What is a dipped headlight?

3. Where is the headlight?
Headlight controls are not located in the same place in each vehicle, but there are a few spots that are commonly used. Look for either a control panel or a control arm near the steering wheel. Some manufacturers place a separate headlight control panel just beneath the dashboard, just to the driver's left side.
4. Is low beam same as headlight?
Generally, you'll have a standard halogen bulb for low beams, and then an HID bulb for your high beams. These are not interchangeable. ... If you only have two headlight elements (one per side), then your vehicle uses a dual filament bulb to operate both the high and low beams.
5. Which is better LED or HID headlights?

7. What's the difference between dipped and main beam?
Dipped beam AKA low beam: The term dipped or low beam refers to the light you use for normal night time driving. Main beam AKA high beam: The main or high beam is the light used when driving on a dark country road, or the light used to flash oncoming traffic.
8. Are dipped and full beam the same bulb?
In some vehicles, the dipped and main beam lights are two separate bulbs. They may be contained in the same headlight housing, but one bulb is for the dipped beam and the other is for the main. These are known as single filament bulbs, because each bulb has only one filament inside.

You should have simply unplug the bulbs from wiring not remove them completely...that way it'd be safer for the headlights not to collect dust or debris inside... Otherwise grea job Keep up the good work

I just replaced our 2009 Toyota Corolla lights this morning. I found this video to begreat with the removal and installation of the front assembly. If you are going to do this I would suggest you buy some factory plugs to replace on the bottom of the vehicle. Your's may work again, but I found they are plastic and get brittle so re-using them is a gamble. They basically pry out and when pushed back in through the holes are supposed to hold by compression if the are not damaged. .

The video is very helpful but that's a lot of bolts/clips/fasteners to keep track of. You should use zip-lock bags to separate bumper and fender splash shield hardware to keep everything organized. On old cars, you could change a headlamp lens in 5 minutes with a screwdriver.

Yes, this is unfortunately the case with most modern cars. Older cars make things simpler and easier.

Πάντως υπάρχουν πολλές ομοιότητες μεταξύ αυτών των 2 μοντέλων της Toyota. Σου δίνω λοιπόν το ερέθισμα να ασχοληθείς και ευκαιρία να το ανακαλύψεις μόνος σου!

Yes my friend to remove the headlight you have to take out the bumper. That's what the manufacturer did, not me. As for the music, the video is fast-paced and that's why it sounds like it.
