Yes it has my friend. The located on the driver's side of the car towards the back of the engine compartment, the vacuum-operated brake booster is the heart of a “power brake” system. The master cylinder mounts to the front of the brake booster.

Yes 2007-2013 Toyota Corolla has dual master cylinder. Dual master cylinders have two separate chambers that separate the front and rear brake circuits. This type of system prevents the total loss of braking action in the event of brake fluid loss. The brake circuits can be split front and back or diagonally.

@@YiannisPagonis έχω το στάρλετ 1996. Έκαψε φλάντζα και "φίλος" μου ζήτησε 500 € επισκευή. Εδώ και αρκετές μέρες μελετάω το κανάλι σου και έχω πάρει φοβερή αυτοπεποίθηση. Οοολα όσα έγραψες.. Βαριές κουβέντες!!

@@prigkipastouerwtismou3992 Φίλε μου η αλήθεια είναι ότι η ζημιά που έπαθες είναι αρκετά σοβαρή και μεγάλη. Ανοίγοντας κάποιος έναν τέτοιον κινητήρα ποτέ δεν ξέρει τι μπορεί να συναντήσει, ποια θα είναι η κατάσταση του. Ίσως να μην έχει κάψει μόνο την φλάντζα κεφαλής αλλά και η ίδια η κεφαλή ή το σώμα (μπλοκ) του κινητήρα να έχει υποστεί στρέβλωση, λόγω υπερθέρμανσης του κινητήρα. Εκτός αυτού μπορεί να βρει και άλλα προβλήματα εσωτερικά του κινητήρα (π.χ. βαλβίδες). Όπως και να΄χει είναι μια δύσκολη και δαπανηρή επισκευή που δεν μπορεί ο οποιοσδήποτε να την κάνει (για να έχει εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας).

@@YiannisPagonis λόγω των καιρών πάω να δώσω κάποιες παραπάνω ανάσες στο αμάξι.. όχι να το αναστήσω. Είδα από τα βίντεο σου(επετρεψ τον ενικό) πως να αλλάξω φλάντζα. Θα κάνω αυτό το βήμα, ίσως να βγάλω και κάποιες φωτός για παραπέρα πληροφορίες, όπως και να χει κερδισμένος θα βγω γιατί 500 ευρώ για επισκευή δεν αξίζει. Και όπως λέει και το ρητό... Όταν βάζεις στόχο το φεγγάρι και να αποτύχεις.. Θα βρεθείς κάπου ανάμεσα στα αστέρια. 😊😊 Ευχαριστώ ιδιαίτερα!!

The master cylinder won't slide out in my 09 corolla. It wiggles around but it won't come out

Because there is a lot of rust in there and it is stuck. Spray first WD-40 and then so depending on how rusty it is you might be able to get it with a pair of circlip pliers if not you'll have to get in there with like a flat blade screwdriver. And pry it.
