2007 Buick Lucerne radiator removal

For anybody doing this job. When it comes to the lower radiator hose you can actually just unclip the 3 clips for the air intake cover and it will give you just enough room to slide your fan assembly out. Wont slide out and will give you a little fight but its doable even without pulling the trans line yet. This will help a lot of you who dont have a pair of remote radiator hose clamps. I know this because i didnt watch the video past the fan bolts and got my fan assembly out first 😂 i have a pair of remote hose clamps but the clamp part on mine is too long and wouldnt fit in there right lol. Excellent video man, short and to the point and covered absolutely everything. You put in 30 minutes with less steps than what 4 other videos were doing in over an hour 💪🏼

If you live in the salt belt, expect some of those screws threaded into clips to strip. Impact helps but had to cut a few off.

Currently trying to do this on my 2007 Lucerne. I have no idea how you got the bumper that loose after taking off the #2 10mm nut past the wheel well. On mine it's like a long screw I can't just pull it out that simple

got a 17 1.5 malibu did whole headgasket on it , made sure timing was lined up i put the cam at 12 o clock but when i did my first start engine would just crank and crank no start only start with brake cleaner . everytime i remove valve cover the reluctor moved . i got fuel pressure to low when cranking camshaft postion sensor code and mass air flow out of range . any ideas? i replaced those parts and still nothing same code

First though is your injector o rings may be leaking.. do u smell fuel? Pretty common problem if there are not installed correctly.. I’ve done it a couple times myself.. real easy to mess up

@@HayesMobileAutoRepair no fuel smell P00C6 - FUEL RAIL PRESSURE LOW WHEN CRANKING P0365 - CAMSHAFT POSTION SENSOR B CIRURT BANK 1 P0366 - CAMSHAFT SENSOR B CIRCUT RANGE PERFORMANCE P1101 - MASS AIR FLOW OUT OF SELF TEST RANGE. i live data another 1.5 engine and on that car fuel rail pressure is around 500-600 psi but on the malibu im working on its only reading 50 psi
