Hi you might be able to help me 2011club car I have to pump the throttle for about a minute then engine starts but won't cut out after driving it for 5 minutes it's perfect it cuts out and starts no problem go back to it the next day and have the same problem. Would much appreciate any input you might have . Regards Robbie

Hi Kevin, do you have a video that shows how to adjust a F/R selector? I am working on an EZGO gas cart that doesn't come out of gear when in the "neutral" position. Makes it a little sketchy when testing it. Also if you don't mind, I have 2 carts with Kawasaki motors that have the same problem. Both carts stumble and buck a little on start up. Both have had plugs, filters, air filters, fuel pumps and valve adjustment. They run fine once the are moving. I cleaned one carb but it didn't do any good so I'm thinking carb time for both unless you think I might be missing something. Thanks

not really related to the video but wanted to ask your opinion on lifts for golf carts? I have a carryall and don't want a super tall cart but mainly want bigger tires so I was thinking a 4 inch lift. any opinions on lifts?

I have the same problem but it will work and then nothing like its a short or something loose in the gas peddel line.

Hi Kevin Really interesting videos, very informative and easy to follow what you're doing - thank you! I'm in Ireland and recently bought an old 2002 Turf 2 XRT that I'm doing some repairs on and getting back running. I'm not exactly in a position to drop it in to you 😂 - but I have one question and would really appreciate your insights if you wouldn't mind? It is almost impossible to get the cart in to forward or reverse when the engine is running - it just grinds the gears. I end up having to let the engine stop, put it in gear and then restart the engine. Is this normal? If not, any idea what I could look at / replace? I appreciate you're busy and have an actual business to run but any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. Brian

The engine is supposed to completely stop when you release the gas pedal. These aren't designed to shift while the engine is running.

Kevin, do you know where I can get a steering column (3 bolt) for a 2001 EZGo workhorse. I don’t need any of the internal parts unless they don’t sell it without. All I need is the shaft itself with the triangle style mounting base. I show part number (whole assembly) as Ezgo steering column 28633-G01. I called my local dealer and they said it’s no longer made?

They don't make thise anymore I work for a ezgo dealer ship good luck finding parts for it your gonna have to find a used parts car ! Good luck

@@hillbillywild101 I actually found one on Amazon, ordered it. Even though it said 3 bolt they sent a 4 bolt, contacted them and they sent the correct one. Looks to be new and well built. Not sure if it’s NOS or not. Works either way. Thank you.

What! A phone call...Naaa... I don't get a phone call all day until one wrench touches that cart ,and as soon as I get called for dinner. Got another Ambulance restoration job going Club Car Gas DS94 I think this one was drug out Of a barn. No dash no fuel system ( none). No shift linkage and no ability Tranaxle to rotate forward . Thank God its my last cart of the season. I'm going to Definitely heard my keep. Yes I know I have got to learn to say no... but what's a guy to do... There days I feel like Dr Frankenstein. My Mother calls me a MadMan ( Hint Hint). Instagram.
