2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor for sale - Work in progress

For sale in a few days is a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This unit was retired recently from Ventura County, California. The car has 118,300 miles and only 1304 idle hours and that is pretty low considering it was a patrol car. Usually patrol cars have 3000-5000 idle hours on average.
I wired up a Federal Signal siren control unit inside in the center console that was left behind, added a circuit breaker, and on/off switch. The spotlights are rewired to working condition The oil was just changed full synthetic Mobil 1, the interior floor was just washed out and the massive excess of cables left behind from the department was removed.
The X's on the doors will be removed and the wheels repainted black again since the original coating is worn.

how do you make the horn work again? mine was disconnected.

There is a yellow cable that goes to your steering column. It might even say "horn" on it. Check to make sure that hasn't been cut they usually wire it to their siren system so they can use their air horn when you press the horn on the steering column and they didn't bother rewiring your normal horn back before auction.
