My 2007 Saturn outlook shows two codes p0741 and p0700 what could be the car shift so badly

Other than the code did the customer have any symptoms or reported issues? I have the 08 Saturn Aura 3.6L automatic with a CEL showing the P0752 and wondering if my problem is related. When I shift from park to drive or from reverse to drive, once drive is selected the car takes 2-3 sec to actually lock in drive and the car lurches or jumps forward.
