Hey Jon, sorry not sure what your question was. What codes show up with the check engine light?

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry le 2.4L 4cyl I have a P0171 system too lean bank 1 I hear a hissing sound coming from in back of the engine I’ve checked all intake hoses and tube and theirs no leaks , do you think the hissing sound is coming from the intake manifold ?

It's possible. Plug off the brake booster hose and see if there's a change. And do the same with the pcv hose. If it's not a hose then the only thing I can think of is the manifold or gasket. The best way to find an intake leak is with a smoke machine. You can pick one up for around $100. Or you can take it to a shop and pay that for the diagnostics and do the repair yourself.

Big Rob, what type of scanner are you using

This is the Launch X431. I've owned it for a couple of years now. It does pretty well for the most part. European vehicles it doesn't always interpret the information in a useful way so that can be frustrating. And I haven't been able to reprogram Chevy keys like it says it should. other than that for American and Asian vehicles I like it.

@@ValleyMobileAutomotive Do you own another scanner that you like a little better?? Do you have your eye on a particular scanner that you would like to purchase for the future?? I'm looking to purchase a professional scanner with several top features/options around the $700 to the $1000 range, what would you recommend

@@ceddy97 That's a tough question. The big aftermarket contenders in your price range are Autel, Launch and Think car. I feel they are all very similar in what they do. All aftermarket scan tools will have hiccups from time to time, even the crazy expensive ones. I think you'll be happy with anyone you get. The one I have will still serve me well for a while.
