Really enjoy your videos. I'm having a similar issue on my 2012 X5 xDrive 35i. I had bad front struts so I let the car sit outside for a couple of months. When I opened the doors a bunch of water came out of both passenger side doors and the interior was covered in mold. I cleaned everything up and replaced my struts and charged the battery. The engine starts but the instrument cluster is dead (no lights and no needle movement) and the front wipers are running all the time like the ones on your video. While troubleshooting, I found a bad 7.5A fuse in the rear fusebox. When I replaced it, i heard a pop and the rear passenger door handle started smoking. 🤯 I've removed the door handle and there is a hole burned into it on the inside. But my instrument cluster is still dead and wipers still run all the time when the engine is started. I'm enjoying watching your troubleshooting on a similar issue.

@@BestCarFixes No water at all. I took the junction box module apart and its very clean. Now that I have that fusebox out where I can get to it, I'll inspect everything closer and check all the fuses and connections.
