2008 Chevy Malibu lowered on 20 inch rims

So, a lot of people have been hating on me for having rims on my car. Well Im sorry but it looked great and the people hating are probably just jealous. Also I got rid of this thing a LONG time ago, I traded it for a 300C SRT-8, then bought a Ram SRT-10, which is in my videos. Thanks and enjoy

@Bking228 Hey you just tape of the emblems and spray with color match paint, make sure you cover up the hood, bumpers etc. I just used a bunch of towels. Not sure about the tint, i just went to some random tint shop and had it done.

I took a dremel tool and just cut out a piece of the black part for the other pipe. Pretty easy, took like 5 minutes

@2012mvp1 Its a custom one, I cut off all the mufflers and resonaters and put in a glasspack, ran a dual exhaust and welded on the chrome tips. I had to cut an extra hole in the rear panel for the 2nd pipe. Im gong to change the whole setup soon though, just not loud enough.

those look like forte rims... and its lowered so it makes the rims look nicer... i really like your car... im thinking about doing some more stuff to my car... i used to have it hooked up but ended up taking it all out.. thumbs up for sure

@MalibuRiding757 I think they are 20 by 8, 35 series tire, I built the rim package online like 2 years ago and it just shipped with a fitment guarantee. Most onine rim places have a section where you put in your year/make/model and it will produce a list of available rim and tire packages. good luck

I have 245/35/20's tires one mine, they look very aggressive with the wheels no rub and I can turn the wheel all the way no issues.

I'm getting the F-56 Forte Koma's (20") on my 2010 Chevy Malibu this week. Getting them with Continental Tires. Getting them at Belle Tire and it will cost me $1,390 out the door. First they ordered me Goodyear Eagle GT tires but I looked up reviews and they don't last very long.

Mine was a 4 cyl also, get the springs for the 4 cyl. The reason is you want the springs for the 4 and not the 6 is because the V6 is much heavier and the springs are a lot stiffer in order to support the weight and will not lower your car as much, or at all.

@pennylucychassis you cant even tell its lowered when you drive it, rides stock, and there is no rubbing even in tight turns. Clears speed bumps and parking barriers no problem. If you were to try and put 22"s on it then im sure thats where you would find trouble.

@MalibuRiding757 Thanks man no the rims dont rub in any direction even going over speed bumps it doesnt rub. as far as the chevy symbols go just tape off the chrome around the symbol with masking tape, sand the symbol a little bit, and spray paint it whatever color you want. They sell little cans of color match paint at most auto parts stores for like 5 bucks. Id say paint it the same color as your car, looks better

Thanks, they were 20's. Stickers were just temporary, so was the car. I didnt keep it, too slow. Have a much, much, much faster vehicle now, with a CIB sticker on the back glass ;)

I'm just running stock 18s. But I put 25 mm spacers front and back, and now the rubber is flush with the fender. I really like the look.
