When you change your regular bulbs too led they need resistors that way your computer doesn't think that your balls are bad

I just bought the spyder black projector halo headlights for my Chevy Silverado and there's a label that it say no HID light ... I guess it's it's only for LED lights

Hey man, those look pretty sweet. I bought some a few years back, CCFL halo projectors and they came with HIDs. However, the HIDs were not meant for the halogen projectors, thus the beam pattern was pretty poor. Also, the leds gave out after about two months. Hopefully yours are holding up well as mine did not.

Any information on how to install resistors? I've tried but couldn't. Also, what kind of headlight bulb are you using? I have the HID bulbs called the H3's but they aren't bright enough and I can hardly see with them at night. Thanks

Hey Carlos what brand are those projector housings? Was it a kit/package? Cost? And you said something about resistors... My truck is a Canadian model so it has the day time running lights... Was the kit plug and play and compared to stock how well does it light up the road? Sorry for all the questions... Just want to get a good product comparable or better than stock...

Just make sure they are CCFL bought them on ebay. HID 6000k. Light bulbs are LED flash backs. When you change your light bulb to LED they need resistors that way they don't flash really fast.

You need to take off the fuse for your running lights because they mess up the HID lights

Carlos E Can you spacify the LED flash back bulbs. What kind they are and who you got them from? I got Flash backs on my truck but the color temperature is more blue, hence it won't look right with the CCFL led's. Thanks, and nice truck!

You need a wire tester to test for power. Next to the fuse box there's a few wires its a pink one. Just keep in mind I am NOT a mechanic.
