Wow those are some strong numbers. I'm in the process of installing a set of the Detroit Rocker cams I picked up from you guys and the FRPP intake on my Bullitt. I currently have the Paxton 1200 Throwback kit. Is calling the best way to go about an updated tune?

I'm a bit sketchy of those torque numbers though. 472 ft/lbs of rear wheel torque? Maybe putting JUST a tad bit of stress on those rods! If it was my car,I'd want it dialed back to about the 450 torque range.

I’m at 475 hp on dyno on my 09 Bullitt, got shorty headers, Detroit rocket cam and some other stuff, but how do i get more power? Would it be safe running 600hp on 3valve?

3vs run better with age!!! Brent have a question for ya. On my 2007 Saleen Supercharged car I deleted the mufflers with 2 Y pipes in place of mufflers, dumped and also attached to the center exhaut. So pretty much stock cats to straight pipe. I feel like I lost that hit of torque at 3500 rpm. Is that normal with a muffler delete on a SC car? Will a pulley bring back that hit of torque?

Honestly I can't see much of a loss doing that especially having cats on the car. Cats have more restriction than those mufflers and you don't get that on a car with off road. I am surprised you can feel anything doing that.

@@BrenspeedEngineering yeah it feels alot smoother and flatter the pull. The car is much much louder so might also be in my head lol but t def seems not to hit as hard.

I had the same experience on my 2008 saleen, except i have true duals instead of cats, no H or X pipe and i got flowmaster super 10s definetly lost some low end torque, but no way to know without a dyno, i also changed the KN filter to a specter.

@@waltermacknight9299 yes, my saleen is supercharged, not the extreme just the SC version, i did not know super 10s were restrictive, but that explains alot tbh, i have the single in dual out ones, i think i might put some outlaws and call it a day to remove the restriction, drone is terrible with the tens so might as well go all the way.

nice numbers on 12 lbs. do you think being previously boosted would make a difference in how the car responded to the new tune?? can that 2200 head unit be water cooled?

We do not have a 2200 liquid cooled. Only the Vortech head unit liquid cooled. The car was a high producer even with the prior supercharger.

I had both and I don't like the instant boost of a Roots/Twin screw type blower. This was also on a much larger displacement 2009 5.7 Eagle Hemi AWD even. My 08 Mustang GT auto had 4.10s, V3 H.O. kit with 10 psi, 93 octane custom tune making 450'ish Whp and the power delivery was super smooth and had a fat power band. The Twin screw has instant boost, but I couldn't roll into throttle like with the Centri does for everyday driving and it was annoying being all out boost or nothing. With the Centri, I could also just manually shift and the boost would kick in harder driving around town plus the 4.10's made it nearly instant power as well so I was very happy. I eventually want Paxton 2200 for my 06 I have now that's bare bones stock.

Would you be able to pull that amount of power with the phasers locked out assuming your running a cam like the comp 127500's?

If you had a 127500 limited or locked out you likely still could. Locking out hurts some of the top end numbers but being that it is a larger cam than a rocker it might be close.

Synchrony typically caps at $4,000 until you build some history with them.
