My antenna or antenna connector at the back of the head unit isn't connecting well. No audio unless I jiggle the coax. Do I replace the entire antenna? (2012 ram with factory base radio).

If this is the base model radio, is it the one without the touch screen, the RES 130? If so, I've seen that that particular radio is starting to develop issues with the AM/FM tuner on the motherboard. So if this is the white antenna you're referring to, it's possible the radio could be at fault here. It would probably be cheaper to try another antenna to see, before jumping to replacing the radio... And that way you find out before you change the radio whether the AM/FM antenna is okay or not.

Can the 730N RHR be installed in the 09 Ram which already has the 730N RER installed ?

@@louindorato6855 It has to do with programming and it working properly with the system since they changed the way things work with the rest of vehicle from 2010-2011. We provide what is needed for the year make and model with our VIN check we do and pre program.

Infotainment... I just replaced my radio with the same unit, the 730N RER. The video states that to retain the uconnect speaker, I needed to purchase the jumper cable (which I did ). Turns out that I didn't need it ( looked for the plug underneath the glovebox but their wasn't one. Anyway, I decided to hook it all back up, & the uconnect speaker worked without the jumper cable. How can I return the cable for a refund ?
