When replacing the shifter cable do it matter what side you hook back up to the shifter, my old had no color but the new one has a blue mark on one side and nothing on to other.

No it shouldn't matter. If its a aftermarket and not original then its possible the blue line indicates that cable needs to go in a specific side but you should be good.

I just used your vid here to help me get mine out and not break anything. I had to get to the plugs because the dealership didn't think it was important to reconnect them, and I had no bluetooth or USB line in. Thank you for your help. What did you do with the empty space after the center console del?

Glad I could help. I cleaned everything up really good and stored it for a while before re installing it, after other repairs I performed. Hope that answered your question.

That flimsy speaker haphazardly mounted to the side of that center console is not a Ford option of any kind in any way. It was clearly added by a previous owner. Definitely not a Bose speaker.
