2009-2013 Infiniti G37x complete brake job

How to replace fix all the pads, rotors, and do a brake flush on a G37. This is an AWD model. The same pads, and rotors fit EX35, EX37, G25, G25X, G35, G35x, M35, M45, Q40, QX50, 350Z, 370Z. You can remove the lower control arm bolt, and it swings down enough to get the guide pin out or to get an impact on the lower caliper bracket bolt.

Sorry newbie.. when doing front and rear brake pads. Do I pump the brake pedal after the front is done or after everything is completed?

There's no need to pump a pedal, until the job is done.

Do you by any chance have the part numbers for the front brake pads? For whatever reason every time I search to buy these, I get a different and wrong G37 pad shape.

You are going to need to measure the ones you have. Sometimes you can give Oreillys your license plate #, and it will show up for them, or call the dealer, and give them your VIN#, if you don't want to measure them.

Great video, but use Brakleen aerosols or equal to clean brake rotors. NOT Windex it is wrong, it's not alcohol based. Afterwards, don't touch the rotor surface with greasy gloves or anything else dirty.

I concur. Windex was a real bad idea. I like using aerosol Glass cleaner, and ran out. Thought Windex would work. Bad idea.

I need to figure out how to remove the brackets the fucking bolt is blocked by a bar why would they design the car like this

@@RustBeltAuto nope talking about the rear for the bottom caliper bracket bolt anyway I literally just gave up and put my wheel back on taking it to a shop tomorrow hopefully they won't charge me too much to replace the rear rotors only thanks for replying

I know this is a late reply, but that bar can easily be removed with a 17mm socket and pushed down out of the way. It was the easiest bolt to remove on my whole brake job.
