2009 Infiniti FX Trunk Access to Spare Wheel. Check out this cool feature

In line with the tips & tricks series of videos, let's go through the trunk and identify the different parts and their locations. Hopefully you don't run into any emergencies, but if you do, it's my goal to make sure you're an informed driver.

I think that pry tool is for Shift lock out. On this shifter there is this little hole where you insert that 10mm/tool into that hole and it released your shift stick incase you can't get it into shift or if battery is dead and you need to move car? I think that's what it is for.

Love the fx50s! Quite rare in my area and they pack some serious power. Have a 2006 fx35 that I’ve been slowly fixing up as the prior owner sadly didn’t seem to care too much about it. Thanks for the video!

@@EdBwoy hey Ed, the fx woes continue. A few days ago I went to start the car to move it and it cranked continuously but didn’t start. Battery is good, fuses are fine, my intelligent key locks and unlocks the car but I just noticed that when my ignition is in the ON position, last step before turning it to crank, the security light on the top left part of the dash right under the windshield is a solid red, which is wrong. Any idea why my car went into lockdown mode? I can’t turn the ignition With the hidden key blades at all either. It’s almost as if it lost the key programming for some reason. I’ve read about bad ecms, bcms and the NATS antenna potentially being the culprits but this just makes no sense to me. Thanks for your time and content as always!

hi, thanks for ur info on the fx suv. i enjoy ur all ur videos. The differential bushing on my fx35 2009 rwd suv needs replacing, but infiniti does not sell the bushing only. Can you say which after market bushing is the best for this suv. I will keep this car for life. Dont know why infiniti change the stye. But then again, they are a weird company, and try to rip off people with some of their actions, especially for simple parts. Which some one will start to mfg suv in that "style" as my 2009. I luv it.

The bose sub in my FX45 keeps turning off every 10 minutes I start driving. Don't know if the amp has gone bad or the sub itself. Can't seem to figure it out.
