Nice review. I have just bought one these a few months ago and absolutely love it. My last road bike was a 1978 850 le mans which I sold in 1997. The memories are flooding back in a good way. I will be keeping mine.

Moto guzzis sound wicked! Reminds me of a small block Chevy engine. The thing about guzzis too is that pretty much any model I’ve encountered, they all have a nice mild relaxed riding feel. A feeling of enjoyment! But all of them too when you push them a little higher in revs and in handling, you start to feel their rich sports racing heritage built into each one. Might not be the fastest or craziest by today’s standards, but no mistake about it, you can feel the nimbleness and racing pedigree

Love the review! Bought one myself a few months ago, cant stop smiling on it. Feels and sounds amazing. Just one question, mine kind of stays in neutral instead of going into second gear when driving in higher revs, could this be a common problem or just me nog shifting firm enough? Thanks in advance, and thanks for the vid!! Greetings from Holland.

Thanks for checking out the video. I have not had this issue, but it's possible your shifter may be set to high, then when you shift it may not engage all the way. You could try moving the shift lever down slightly.

@@TRCAdventures Thanks for the advice! When i get home i will check it right away.

@@xXLUIPSXx was your problem fixed? is this bike reliable?
@xXLUIPSXx Жыл бұрын
@@RajerThatYT Small adjustment to the shifter indeed did the trick. Now it clicks right in! It is still my daily driver, no issues at all. Could say it is prety reliable.

I have the box mine came in hanging on my wall. The color on the box says "GIALLO". I waited two weeks for mine to arrive from Italy.

Great review ! Excellent camera work, too. With regards to the exhausts, the ones in this video are not the factory ones. The ones in this video are made by Agostini. They sound deeper than the comparatively tinny sounding stock ones.

Thanks ! and thank you for the info one the exhaust, the Agostini sounds vary good!

I love the way that bike looks, but the V7 and V9 dont have enough power for me. Im waiting for a griso 8v or audace carbon to pop up for sale. Do all guzzi have roughly the same exhaust note?
@TRCAdventures2 жыл бұрын
These bikes are not really about power, personally I don't think they are set up for more power, frame, suspension, riding ergonomics. but they are super fun to ride! as far as the exhaust note, no they do not all have the same note like this one has no catalytic converter and sounds totally different than the other V7's ive ridden with a cat. the muffler can also change the note quite a bit, they do all have the same rumble type vide to them that is so Moto Guzzi though! the Griso should make for a great bike with a bit more emphasis on distance and comfort. the Griso leaves me a little confused as it seems a bit like the Naked bike category, depending on the color it can look pretty cool, a little less classic Guzzi I guess! Thanks for checking out the video

@@TRCAdventures Thanks for the follow up. I have to live vicariously through these youtube test ride videos to help pick out my next bike. All the moto guzzis with a pipe sounds awesome to me. 10+ years ago i had a vulcan 900 custom that i loved, except for the power. If i cant find a griso or audace ill probably end up with a Triumph Speedmaster or speedtwin.
@TRCAdventures2 жыл бұрын
@@MrButtons252 the speed master and speed twins are quite amazing machines, fast powerful and stable bikes, they surprised me in a good way! They sound good with stock exhaust and amazing with aftermarket exhaust.

I've seen more than a handful of 2010 V7 Cafe Classics in Canada over the years. The non-cafe sibling V7 Classic appears much more frequently. Two 2010 V7 Cafe Classics were up for sale in the summer of 2023 ; one in Vancouver, and one in Lethbridge. Both had low mileage, well under 10,000 km. Generally speaking, you will tend to see these in larger cities (no offence, Lethbridge).

What would it approximately do 0-100kph in seconds?

I'm not sure, it's really not a bike people are normally thinking about at all out speed, but rather fun and style. I don't think I ever tried a 0-60 on it. They are not slow! Thanks for checking out the video
