@SpazChat you are so right!! I just had a new washer and i have to soak clothes in tub first that are soiled with pee otherwise the whole clothes load will smell like pee. Gheeez i miss the old washer that i could soak the clothes in!!!

Its amazing how people post some incredibly ignorant comments about a product without knowing how it works. They've never done any research. The fact is, this type of machine in conjunction with an HE (high efficiency) detergent, works to wash the clothes, keep the oils and particulates in suspension and cleans the clothes.

Excellent video, this explain with clarity how this kind of washers machines works, and how it really clean and wash your cloths, you can appreciated the cloths really turn around the impeler or infuser disc. Many people don't know how use this kind of washers machines, it costs you nothing to read the instructions manual, and install an use the items as it should be!!! Just to save water and energy!!! it is a great idea!!!

Thanks for the post. I sell these for a living and was still not convinced that a top load machine with twice the capacity, half the water, and no agitator could effectively wash a load of clothes that large. I am convinced now, but what about wrinkling? It looks like they really get twisted up , does that affect how wrinkled they come out of the dryer? I hate ironing, is that a factor?

thank you for this video, i recently purchased this washer and was going crazy wondering what was going on in there...i have followed the directions precisely and my clothes are coming out dirty and very wrinkled. don't know if its normal or not, since this is my first experience with the kind of washer....im seriously thinking of taking it back...which sucks, i wanted to like this washer sooo badly. ..anyways..thanks ...

@JSneaker Actually gentler on clothes than conventional washer. Been using one for years - wouldn't trade. Wish I could hear the action on this washer though instead of music . . .

@MrSwifty2 Have you tried this washer? I've been using one now for a year. Clothes come out cleaner than from a conventional top loader with an agitator. It also holds three times the laundry, using 2/3 less water.

We just got new GE harmony profile washer and dryer cuz our old he Maytag Neptune front loader dryer died.. what I've seemed to notice is the clothes don't seem to move around in the water like the front loader.. it just seemsnthat way but idk.. I just don't want to feel like I made a stupid choice in a new washer.. dryer is excelet tho.

I might be getting a new washer soon. I want a more expensive LG front loader, but our budget is lower that that. Is this a good buy? My brother plays hockey and is constantly giving me dirty clothes to wash before mom gets home and finds them.

@lakewebsterkid Why your brother isn't washing his own clothes is another issue I suppose. But this washer works great. As in any HE washer, top or front loader, make sure you us HE detergent and follow instructions. If his clothes are truly muddy, (ice hockey or...?) I would suggest prerinsing in the utility sink or a pre-wash is in order.

mine is a custom built cabrio with a 4000 rpm motor it needs a dead bolt lock to hold the lid down.

@itsmegp46 Yes he plays ice hockey. So all of his clothes smell horrible because of it. I usually do presoak the bad items. He doesn't know how to do the laundry because he is 11 and has no idea how to start the washer, let alone how to pretreat. Haha.
