These New BBK Performance Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers Fit ALL 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014 Ford F150 5.0L Coyote Truck.

These BBK Performance 1-3/4” tuned length shorty exhaust headers are available in a chrome Part 1943, polished silver ceramic finish Part 19430 or 304 stainless steel Part 19435 for maximum longevity. ALL Primary tubes are CNC mandrel bent using 16 gauge tubing for unrestricted and increased exhaust flow for maximum horsepower and torque gains right out of the box. All BBK headers also use 3/8" thick header flanges to prevent any heat distortion and are pressure tested at the factory to ensure a leak free fit. All kits include all required hardware and gaskets for direct installation to the rest of factory or aftermarket exhaust system.
BBK Performance also offer a direct bolt on 85mm power plus throttle body and a cold air intake for this same vehicle that will add additional performance and increased airflow.

Just finish installing the BBK ceramic coyote F150 headers on my 2012 regular cab, the instructions really made this install easier !!! I would like to add that on the drivers side I had to lift the engine & move the motor mount plate to put a wrench on the bottom header bolt Cylinder #6. I suggest putting this in the instructions !!! GREAT PRODUCT

Not just on sound rumble quality with the F-150 5.0 But on the low end torque towing capabilities as well ? They are a great addition to any 11-14 F Series Coyote Truck - better low end torque and additional top end HP the chrome and ceramic headers are manufactured with mild steel - the chrome finish will not last very long and the ceramic finish will help keep under hood temps down while keeping good looks for some time - The Stainless are the way to go if you live in a damp or humid climate - we are getting great feedback from customers who love the ease of installation and additional performance

Just had them installed on my 2013 5.0;but I hear a sound from what I’m guessing maybe the left catalytic ;like loose particles do I need to upgrade the catalytic? Before I never heard that sound ?

do NOT wrap any BBK headers - it will void any warranty. First, because the heat is retained inside the wrap, the metal gets much hotter than painted or coated headers. The higher heat cycles continue to fatigue the metal eventually leading to failure. The wrap will also hold moisture, promoting rust and corrosion

You wrap fiberglass around your headers and you will be sorry. The headers are ceramic coated. That is the heat wrap.

@@bbkperformance thanks for the reply, I used most BBK items I could get on my 06 3V. Trying to do the same on my 15 f150 5.0 I already have the 90mm TB and I actually reached out to AmericanTrucks.com because they have it listed as non CARB approved, thats where I ordered it from.
