What caused you to replace the whole rack and pinion? Also dont you need to bleed the reservoir?

Mine now drives really heavy like it has no power steering yet the fluid is full

Well in my 2015 it doesn't have power stirring fluid I think it's electric or something.

Correct. 15 models & up they switched to electric racks
