Dude I appreciate your work and video but you can 100% do this from the bottom without taking literally anything off like you did. It takes longer to jack the car up and take the shield off the bottom than it does to r&r the starter.

Can remove just the throttle body and starter can come out the side towards the transmission

The foam is to deaden the noise of the high pressure fuel pump. They are still loud 🤣
