@lennyjd probably the most important thing to avoid problems.. if this is your first downpipe removal on this car.. is spray the inner hardest to reach turbo flange nut a day early. then you dont have to worry about any seizing up on the day you do the job.

@lennyjd well.. the top part can't of course. but a lift might help for the bottom part. for me personally, it wouldn't be any faster, because i have access to both top and bottom without waiting for a lift. but a lift would help most people probably.
