The O2 sensor i assume is what you are seeing.

My Honda civic 2013 recently has been loosing power every time I step on the gas, if I change the spark plugs will that help??

Could be many thinks but the plugs being bad could definitely cause this

I also do the following: Check air filter. Clean mass airflow sensor. Clean throttle body.
