I'm pretty sure this was the first Thursday Night Football (TNF) game after they changed the rule to Start in week 2 rather than week 10. From (2006-2011), TNF only happened from Weeks 10-15, and in 2012 this rule changed so that TNF happened from Weeks 2-15. Ironic the first season they had a full slate of TNF games, that the first game was between the Pack and Bears, in the NFL's eldest rivalry.

I was at the game too. I live in Utah and a friend took me to this game. Been a Packer Backer since I was born in 1950. I can't believe this game was on KZbin. You're right, when they faked the Field Goal, I picked up my friend and twirled him around. I will never forget that night.

Defense was the only thing that kept them that year. That was Lovie’s last year. They finished 10-6. Just out of the playoffs. Offense was very erratic even though they had a prime Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery who was a rookie but was very good that year.

Bears were absolutely abusing Rodgers, which has always been rare, till the missed TD pass to Nelson. Even though he was sacked the next time, it was over from there. And Cutler could not string two straight good games together at gunpoint. Even that 7-3 start in 2011 had 3 or 4 bad games
